Great buy! March 19, 2010 Benjamin Zeller (Greenville SC) Purchased this cable to connect my laptop to my ceiling mounted projector. I looked at some local stores and found comparable items for around $100. On some of the reviews some people mentioned that the video quality wasn't that great. In my experience the video quality is perfect. Very happy with the cable and the price.
Great image quality February 14, 2010 Iulia Mihaela Adumitroaei (Duxbury, MA USA) The cable is perfect to connect your laptop to your TV. Image quality is great but you need another one for sound.
Works great. No ghosts January 24, 2010 Greg K (Toronto, ON CANADA) I use it with a projector running at 1024x768 60Hz. The image quality is very good. I could not see any ghosting or any other issues.
Great price for great product! January 14, 2010 C. Chartier (Bellevue, WA United States) I don't know why the ratings had a category for "sound quality", but whatever....
I wanted a longer VGA cable to plug my laptop in to the TV to watch videos from laptop on the TV. This product fit the bill and was easy on the budget. Less than $10 for a VGA cable to watch videos on the TV with my laptop 20 feet away.......GREAT!!!
Very good cable, strongly shielded and very sturdy. Video quality is good and you can't beat the price!!
Cable not dependable October 11, 2009 Renaissance Man (Woodsboro, MD USA) I ordered this cable in August. The seller did send it out relatively quickly; however, the U.S. Post Office near Washington, D.C. had it in their facility for five days (I know this because I tracked it being logged in at that facility every day). LOUSY USPS service on this.
In order to ensure correct color when connecting my pc to my 40" tv, I must move the cable around a bit and somehow keep it in a certain position. It seems that the module that is located close to one end of the cable is affecting the signal. Kind of a hassle, but it does work and the video quality is O.K. when I get the cable in just the right position. And, yes, the connections are tight...
Would I buy it again? Yes, because the length is good, the cable is heavy, and I CAN get it to work. For the price, can't do better.
