As Good as Monster January 28, 2010

For most of us, the only reason to buy Monster would be because we have too much money and want to get rid of it. Now I can't speak for anybody who spent as much on their speakers as some people spend for a house....but for most of us that is not the case. I've got a nice mid-range system that I'm very happy with; I've got a harman/kardon AVR340 at the heart of my system, the speaker duties are handled by Infinities all around, big Studio Monitor 100's in front and smaller, quality infinities for front center and rear surround.
I consider myself an audiophile. I discern no difference in sound between the Monster brand, and this fine cable, at a tenth of the price of the Monster. Despite it's price this cable is not junk, it is thick, has a quality feel to it, and it looks very nice with its' stylish gray braided covering. Bottom Line? This cable is a winner!

Good Heavy Duty Cable May 21, 2008

This is a good 25ft opticial cable. A thing that should be noted: this is a fairly thick optical cable. Keep that in mind if you want to try to hide it under the carpet corners or whatnot. I use it from my computer to my reciever and it works just fine. And for the price...definitely worth it.

works to connect my surround sound to my ps3. connections are heavy seem to make connections a little loose, but no problems yet.
