Very comfortable to sit for hours. Free shipping and I received it a few days after I placed my order. This chair is easy to assemble. It looks great, feels extremely comfortable and the price is just right! I can't believe it. I was able to fit 20 thin to medium size song books with plenty of room! Just what I wanted a comfortable chair with room for my music books at an affordable price! It's well worth the purchase, you won't be sorry. Fantastic!!!!
Worst experience ever on AMAZON May 10, 2010 Martin D. Mcguigan (Arlington, VA USA) 1 out of 21 found this review helpful
I ordered this bench for my daughter on Amazon from a third party vendor, Musician's Friend. It was on sale for $19.99 -- a great deal. Or, so I thought. When the box came it appeared small -- and when my daughter opened it, we found to our surprise a Microphone Boom -- NO BENCH. I sent in a complaint to the Amazon Web site. The Vendor -even before it got my e-mail- sent an e-mail that it was planning to credit the money back to my account. I told the vendor to stop the refund because I wanted the bench on the terms offered --an offer to contract that was accepted by me and a contract on which I duly executed my part (paid the price offered). NO RESPONSE. I called the vendor and after much gibbering was told that there was a mistake in the ad and that the price offered on Amazon was below cost -- and that the lowest the vendor would go for the bench was $50.00 -- 2&1/2 times the offered price -- out of the question. I still have not received satisfaction from either Amazon or Musician's Friend, nor has either party attempted to satisfy their duty under the terms of the contract. I will never again shop at Musician's Friend and am currently deciding wheter I will use Amazon again. Another case in which big corporations demonstrate that they don't play fair and that they can't be trusted to meet the requirements of a voluntarily entered agreement. I am contemplating escalating this by availing myself of legal recourse.
good for the price March 12, 2010 Carlos (Missouri, USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The seat is comfortable, the storage space adequate and the piece does not look too bad. Very easy to assemble. For the price you can't go wrong. Bought it somewhere else (more expensive, sigh!) since Amazon did not have it for a 1+ month...
